Pam & Flyboy throw a great Pet People party! - by DAISY

What can I say about the Pet People Party??? First I must send my utmost and sincere appreciation to Pam and Flyboy for being such fantastic and awesome hosts and allowing us to descend upon their home and act rather animalistic at times. The resident cats are so beautiful, (I must admit Brittany was my favorite as she was the first to greet me).

It was great being able to have lunch together earlier in the day, meet Adrienne and Shannon and the rest of the gang. I loved checking out Adrienne's Myspace pictures of her babies and also see her beyond-fabulous costumes. I'm so glad she drove all the way from Virginia, along with Skeeter and the Saint from Georgia, even though the Saint had to be prodded into playing "Gestures"....he finally played like a champ and I even got to come home with Skeeter's awesome pecan pie. Adrienne is my witness to Sandy's irrational behavior with the new cat, Tweety.

But what made my heart beat fastest was the entrance of My Lordship Dragon into my presence as he entered the VFW with roses in hand for the new wenches (Adrienne & me). I had to scan the building in hopes of finding an AED machine in case my fragile heart gave out. It must have been the quivering anticipation of meeting our Lordship Master, that we forgot Andrienne's Bloomer-Dropper ingredients and I forgot my little gift for everyone (I had car magnetics made with our Pet People Logo) Sandy will be sure to deliver them as I head back to the cold and snow of Pennsylvania.

The culmination of a great vacation was of course seeing my dream of the Jets thong modeling come to fruition. Queen Stacey had some quality alone time with Dragon, whereby she managed to get quite a priceless camera shot....and she was thoughtful enough to share it with the lowly wenches. I am truly not worthy!!! I tossed and turned all night with visions of "sugar-plums" dancing in my head.

And my last thoughts......
Brett and Jeremy, Brett and Jeremy.......wherefore art thou?? Deny thy sickness and refuse the desire to stay home!! Sorry I missed meeting you and I sure hope I am able to join this fantastic group of animal lovers again and also meet Lucy, Charlie, Hines, and Pearl!

P.S. Maybe next time "KIttEN" will show up. KITTEN KITTEN KITTEN.....meow >^..^<

I wanted to thank Adrienne for bringing a bunch of yard sale items for the Dover Humane Society. I'll call them tomorrow and arrange delivery. I know they'll be so grateful, especially with the dog-hoarding case they are dealing with.

Skeeter, Daisy and Adrienne, let us know when you arrive back home!

Hope you had a good parade Stacey. You must tell us all about it--or we'll have to check out Veterans Voice.

Bretty and Jeremy, let us know how you are doing! We missed you at the party!

Tweety report: I am not using a carrier any more, and The Boss and Daisy have been a Godsend to me in my time of extreme stress. I like to think I'm a tough girl, but with cat intros, I'm the wussiest of the wusses and I really dont' know why. I guess I need more desensitization myself.

Tweey is a real "people" cat and never runs from you and loves to lay on your lap. While Tarzan and Catfish like petting when they're in the mood and like to be brushed, they are cat cats and like each other.

Daisy and I were outside with them all with Tweety on her lap. The other two came around and just laid on the sidewalk. Same inside, if Tweety is just laying and we are near, they walk around and go lay down somewhere. But in the yard if Tweety walks off to explore, Tarzan likes to follow. I really think he's mostly curious and wants to just check her out, as he's always curious about everything. If he gets close, she will hiss a bit or give a growl and lay down in a secure place. Today he came right up to her and sat an inch away. She laid on her side and was at the ready, She swatted out at him once becuase he was too close and he backed off. He meowed and meowed, but it was just a standoff. I didn't think it was good to leave them like that too long, so I walked up and talked to him and he walked away.

Later Glen was out with them and the same thing. Tweety was on his lap, then went to explore by a bush, and both Catfish and Tarzan came to check her out. They got to close, she ran up on the porch under a pet bed. They followed, but when they saw her under there and she gave a little growl, they walked away.

Inside the same thing, They'll all lay around fine. They will walk by her and if she growls, they walk away.

We'll have to supervise for a long time I guess. I think she is more scared of them then they want to do anything to her. I think she would be fine if they just eventually ignored her, as she seems to be interested only in people. After the visits with the cats, she's not scared or upset, she'll be ready to play.

But now Daisy is gone and during the day before work, I'll have to do this myself. I'm trying to stay calm and assertive, HA, and I expect possible tussle, but they can no longer get under the porch. I'll just have to be patient, something I am NOT GOOD AT.

I'M HOME!!!! I was having a hard time sleeping, so I left really early and came home. I have been thuroughly drooled on now!

Sandy, I didn't get your message until 4 this morning. Didn't figure you would want a phone call that early. Thank you for showing me around Clarksvile. I had such a great time with you and Daisy. Your sister is right... Time to stop stressing over the cats. They'll work it out.

If yall are ever make it to VA, Let me know I'll be happy to play tourist with you.

I had such a great time! Finally meeting everyone face to face. It was like coming home and being with family. And best of all our snarly Dragon! Thank you again for the flower. It is going in my "special" room for it's own spot of honor.

Thank you Pam and Flyboy for having me to your beautiful home.

I can't wait to do it again. Next time The Foreman will have to come with me and join in all the craziness! I don't think I have laughed that hard or that much ever. My stomach muscles were sore the next morning.LOL!

I bet Skeeter and Sandy had hang overs the next morning. I have a great video of Sandy playing Gestures if any one wants me to email it. Anyone have any photo's they want to share too. I didn't take as many as I thought. Would love to have a group pic.

So where are Brett and Jermey? I'm sorry I didn't get to finally meet them too. Maybe next time.

First of all, my hat is off to Pam and Flyboy for allowing my humble self to visit their castle. And I do mean “castle”. It was so nice that I have been trying to think of something to do that will pi$$ wifey poo off so much that she will kick me out of the house, so then I will have to go live with my younger sister Pam. Or, I could do as most relatives do, and just show up on their doorstep and say, “I’m here for the holidays. What time is dinner?” I could be of big assistance to Flyboy in the repairing of his Babe Mobile, or as Pam calls it, the Sperm Mobile. But, on a serious note, Flyboy, if you really do need assistance working on the Babe Mobile, call me and I will be glad to help. I enjoy tinkering on cars.

Daisylouu, you said you had visions of Sugar Plums dancing in your head. Is that your new pet name for Your Lordship Dragon? I like it. Princess Daisy, it was I who was quivering with anticipation about meeting my beautiful maiden from the frozen northlands. My expectations were exceeded, even without the Daisy Duke shorts. In fact, MY heart may not have survived the night if you had packed your shorts. My imagination worked overtime to fill in all those subtle details. I hope that someday, strictly to see how accurate my imagination is, to be able to compare the real shorts to the imaginary shorts. Even better will be if we get the Boss in gear and get that damn hot tub installed before your next visit. My Daisy in a bathing suit!! Wow. Of course, I will definitely have to leave wifey poo in the dungeon for that visit. And meeting you in person, Daisy, has convinced me that Sandy is obviously adopted. You two cannot possibly be blood relatives.
I really hated to leave when we did, but it was one of those few rare times when Wifey Poo actually asked me if I was ready to go. Usually at parties or get-togethers, I like to take two vehicles because I am always ready to go long before she is. And even this time, she asked me if I wanted to drive two cars. But, I had decided there was no way in hell I was leaving early this time, so it would be okay. I never imagined she would be the one wanting to leave. Using the ole pitiful “my tummy don’t feel so good” routine. I could have done what she has done to me numerous times before and told her “Sorry, Charlie, tough it out.” But, being the kind, thoughtful, considerate, wonderful Dragon that I am….. I gave up such a fun, exciting, hot party so I could take the stick in the mud home. And after we are in the car, she tells me my tummy feels really bad, so if I tell you to pull over, you need to pull over. My first thought was to take her up to the corner and call her a cab. But, all was well. She didn’t puke in the car, or anywhere else.

Adrienne, it was so nice to finally get to meet my Virginian wench. I’m glad that you got your new SUV to drive here to visit us. I hope spending so much time with Sandy will not drive you from the Pet People. Adrienne, I really liked the Bloomer Dropper concoction. I know you have posted it many times, but would you please do so again for your Dragon? It was like drinking a frozen liquid Sweet Tart, and I liked it. I want to make some of my own.

Well Dragon, if you want a "Sweet Tart", you don't have to look any further than moi. I agree it was quite tasty and I will attempt to make it using the Coconut Rum in place of the Pineapple Rum.....lets see if I got it right.....half a can of pink lemonade concentrate, bag of frozen peaches, and rum. Did I get it right Adrienne?? Perhaps the fair Adrienne slipped something in Queen Stacey's beverage in order to eradicate her from Lord Sugar Plum's side??? Hmmmm.....the Pet People Plot thickens.

Daisy, I would never put anything in Queen Stacey's drink ;) (But I might have just for you)

You did indeed get the Bloomer Dropper right, except 1/2 a bag of peaches. The original is made with Coconut Rum, but I like to try something different once in a while. Mango Rum is also very good. Next time I will have to introduce you all to a Lightning Zak. Sandy will like that as it is made from Pineapple Juice.

Dragon, Sandy could not drive me from the Pet People as we have the same personality. I'm looking forward to the next gathering where the Foreman can tag along. You all just have to promise not to corrupt him!

It was a great party and we missed all who couldn't be there but there will be others so no worries.
Adrienne, Daisy it was so great you guys could come and I was so happy to meet you in person. We do have lot in in common ladies, we're such a great bunch aren't we? Not to brag of course.
Skeeter, your pecan pies are such a hit, yummy, it has got to be a tradition that you always make them when you come to visit.
Dragon dear brother,We were more than happy to ahve all of you here in our castle as you call it. I guess it is if every mans home is his castle. I am very proud of the way you filled out the thong, what a man, what a man, what a mighty good man,he he. Too bad we aren't allowed to post that photo here for the world to seee, alas it is thier loss but we wenches are the lucky ones. Of course you are welcome to pick a bedroom to stay in here if wifey poo ever kicks you out. Fly Boy may take you up on the offer to help with the Babe Mobile ( Please don't ever call it that other name on here again as I will be flogged if Fly Boy hears about ) since he gets so little time to do much on it. I'll relay the message since he still refuses to read our blog.
Sandy I know you may a have a little way to go but sounds like Tweetie is settling into your family pretty well now. I mean after all she is going to be The Boss's kitty now isn't she? She won his heart early on. She wouldn't be as happy anywhere else and she did pick you guys. It'll all work out.
Stacey, hope all went smoothly for you with all the details of the Parade, it sure was a success. Of course it would be with you makeing things happen, so proud of you!
Got to go so see ya'all later.

Dragon,

you look absolutely divine in that thong!! had I been shown that photo before the party hell nor high water would have kept me away. I so hate I missed it. It was VERY nice meeting Adrienne and Daisy at lunch, and also Pams friend Debbie. We definitely need to get her on the blog Pam! Who has the pics of Sandy??I want to see the pictures!!! Please email them to me if they are too rowdy to be posted. Sandy...Rowdy..that would NEVER happen would it?

Sandy, we are making progress with my Mr Baby so hopefully things are smoothing out with Tweety too? Mr Baby and the mean MoJo-JoJo have walked past each other twice now with no hissing or slapping and Mr B even went outside today. Prior to living with me he was never outside and has been terrified of going out. So we are getting there slowly.

Sorry about the no show guys, but I don't think you would have wanted to party in the bathroom. I left work early Friday cuz I just couldn't stay. Jeremy is gone to St Louis, kleenex box and all. I even called out on Cats R US on Saturday cuz I knew if I smelled the bleach they would be cleaning with I'd barf. Glad you all had fun--if I can get past the stomach part of this lovely vistor, I guess I'll live. Lucy has done nothing but lie in her house and cry since Jeremy left. I kinnda wanna crawl in there with her. BUt he'll be back before I know it and we can get over this crud that I hope will go visit someone else for awhile.

Shannon O’Malley, thank you for truly appreciating the magnificence of the Dragon in his thong. I only wish you could have been there to experience it in person. The festivities would have been grander with yet another of my fair maidens in attendance. I have only just now seen the pictures that Wifey Poo took of our Pet People Party, and I must say that I was rather astonished at how free of inhibitions I was. Believe it or not, your Lordship Dragon is actually a shy creature by nature. I must have been carried away by the closeness of my Princess Daisy and lovely Adrienne. When you have three women putting a thong on you, you tend to lose your head. After all, I am only used to being undressed by that many women.

I must definitely email some pictures to all my wenches. There is one that Wifey Poo was a bit concerned about, but I told her it was just an optical illusion. My hand really wasn’t there, and neither was Daisy’s (yeah, right). And speaking of rowdy Sandy pictures, oh yes, I have one of those as well. I’m considering how much money to ask from her NOT to put it on the blog. Or maybe better yet, not to show it to the Boss. Oh, gee, I will probably have nightmares about that picture. Nummm, nummmmm, nummmmm, nummmm, nummmm. And if you were at the party, you would know exactly what that means.

Pam, my apologies for the “you know what” mobile remark. As far as I am concerned, it is just the Babe Mobile, even though I never got to see it. Go ahead and start installing that Jacuzzi tub in the guest bathroom so it will be ready by the time Wifey Poo gets fed up and kicks me to the curb. And Pam, that darn bear of yours was a horrible influence on my poor, innocent little Smokey. He came home from your house cussing like a sailor. He won’t be able to go out and pick up chickey poos like that. They like the sweet, innocent routine. No more hanging out for those two.

Daisy, my sweet Daisy. Or, is that my Sweet Tart Daisy?? I don’t think I can comment any further here on the blog, since it is a family blog and read by millions. Okay, maybe hundreds. But, do know that I did get the third degree about a certain picture and whose hand was where on whom. I plead the fifth. But, I did enjoy a shot of my Princess Daisy putting on my thong. It reminds me of the last visit from the plumber. Only the view was much nicer.

Ooops, gotta run now. My favorite show, Andy Griffith, is coming on now. I just love to watch it to see what Aunt Bea is going to be worrying about today. The melodrama is always flowing in Mayberry.

Well here I am sitting in my boring office chair back in GA and reliving my not so boring visit to Clarksville to see my family and my Pet People friends! The Saint and I had the best time the past 4 days! I think the highlight was helping Daisy put the thong on the old Dragon! And he did bust the seams and I am wondering if there is a picture of Daisy tying the knot in the thong...????... I think yall forgot about that part of the night as no one mentioned it... Okay, was I the only sober one in the house? Ha, and I DID NOT have a hang over the next day! I was up in about 5 hours and touring Nashville and the Parthenon and eating barbecue at Neely’s while watching the Titans practicing across the lake! Laugh at those milk drinks all you want but no hang-over’s when drinking them!

Sandy did the Boss mention anything about an early morning phone call??? Ops, I was trying to call your cell phone after we departed Pam’s house and I think I accidently dialed the house instead because some mean man hung up on me! Remind him, the pie was from me!!!! (and I need your veggie pizza recipe) Anyway, I was trying to meet up with you guys to pass off gifts I forgot to give you! I had a trunk of gifts to pass out when we sang Christmas carols but since the songs never got sung, I forgot all about the dang gifts! So Daisy and Adrienne went back home without them. I will have to pass them along at some point during Christmas and I reckon mail the others to Daisy and Adrienne....Heck, I was so into the night that I even forgot to give Pam and Flyboy their hostess gift! Luckily my mom and I were back in their area when we dropped off some Cat Food to assist in the Humane Society. So I was able to get the gift to Pam and Flyboy on Sunday… Geesh… What a fun night and to think I forget all my goodies I worked so hard to collect for all… Duh, on my part but in my defense, I had a ton of stuff on my mind… I am happy to say the mind is now free from those worries and now will be filled with other worry’s, such as getting 5 Christmas trees and tons of decorations in place in less then a week for the Saints parents arrival! Adrienne, forgive me but I put my parents tree up last night so they would not have to climb up into the attic! I know how you feel about putting Christmas trees up in Nov so I am sure you are falling off your chair while reading this!

It was great to meet you Adrienne as well as Daisy! You two are so much fun and I think we all should make it a point to meet at least once a year if not more often. Maybe the Halloween fur ball bash if it becomes an annual event…????.... It is strange how we all seem to know each other from the minute we meet!

Pam you and Flyboy were great host and to think your den is now the sacred spot of the thong viewing! We must get you a plaque or something to remember the event! I am already thinking of my next Truth and Lie as that was so much fun to play! I was not so great at that game but I sure do seem to have the Guestures touch, even for the other team at times! ha...I cannot believe yall got the Saint to play! He has never played before, the stars must have been just right or Hell froze over! And I need that dip recipe!

Dragon, you were so gracious to your wenches while we were pulling the thing over your knobby knees! And I just cannot get the vision of you (with long hair terrorizing the poor innocent people in Nashville parks while on your wheels) out of my head! You mean thing you!

Brett, I hope you feel better soon! Did Jeremy tell you I called to check on you? In no time at all daddy will be home again with the babys…. We missed you as well as Shannon, Alice and the other Pet People absentees but as Pam said, there will be many more of these fun times in the future, there has to be, we all have too much fun when we get together….

I now sit here with my Cheetah baby at my side. She and Sheba got into a few things while we were away but nothing to drastic and they seem very happy to have their mommy and daddy back home again. I am sure there will be a lot of snuggle time in bed tonight!

Dragon, I'm sorry about Smokey picking up tha bad habit and I must have another talk with Sweetie Bear. And you didn't get to see the Babe Mobile? Heaven forbid that Fly Boy got so caught up talking that he didn't take you down to see it. That is a first. Maybe he forgot you hadn't seen it since Mark has and you guys were all talking about other stuff.Had he thought of it you would have been down in the dungeon hearing all he has to say about it, He loves his "Toy".
Man you cracked me up bringing up the Nummmm Nummm Nummm Nummmmm stuff, hahahaha. That was just hilarious.
Adrienne, you came through for us on that one, it was too too funny!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone was about on the floor over taht one! Sorry to all who missed taht but hey that is what happens when you miss the get togethers. We do ahve to keep our secrets from the rest of the people.
Skeeter I don't think anyone was too impaired to remember anything at all but there was just so much going on to even try to discuss it all, don't you agree? And on the dip recipe I'll email it or give it to you on the phone. And again than k you for our beautiful gift! We will enjoy him so much! I decided it's a him. You pie was just so so good and as I said that has to become a tradition.
Shannon, Brett, we missed you so you have to come to the next one.

Oh Pam, I agree totally that there was just so much happening that it's hard to fit it all in a blog! And I totally understood your comment about "the man" of the house departing this world in order for me to have the FREEDOM to allow another pet in the house, ha ha!! You and I both have very devilish minds!

Next time I do manage to get to TN, I am demanding Skeeter be on *MY* team for Gestures. Hell, I'll even take The Saint too, he is very skilled at the game also! I will also demand that Brett and Jeremy and Shannon are there and I will demand that Queen Stacey's belly doesn't hurt! I will also demand none of us FORGET anything. Geez, me forgetting my gifts and us forgetting the Bloomer Dropper ingredients! Imagine what our parties will be like when we are in the nursing home?

And where the heck is the picture of Smokey frolicking in the Jets attire??? I think his little feelings were hurt when Dragon stretched it to the point of breakage!!

And as far as the placement of my hands.....hmmm, I will neither admit nor deny any accusations of improper hand usage....I'd have to see photographic evidence. I guess our Lordship had such a spell over us we were overcome with happy endorphins.

Perhaps next time Flyboy will allow me to see his (bad-name) Mobile??? It would bring back such memories of me and my first boyfriend! (now get your mind out of the gutter, we did nothing but kiss in that car!)

Oh, my fair maiden Daisy, Smokey frolicking in the Jets attire? He was too busy hanging out with that evil influence Sweetie Bear to bother with thong modeling. Perhaps we can persuade him to try it on at a later date for your viewing pleasure.

Daisy, what is all this demanding stuff?? You will demand this, you will demand that. Geez, you sound just like me!

Daisy, I don't recall any penalty flags being thrown for improper hand usage, so it must have been perfectly legal. If I recall correctly, Wifey poo was taking pictures, so it must not have been too improper or she would have gone all evil devil wench on us. But, photographic evidence will be emailed shortly, so that you can review it for yourself. "The Man" doesn't read your email, does he? I wouldn't want him to come to Tennessee to whoop this Dragon's butt. I'd have to sic Wifey Poo on him. She does come in handy sometimes.
