Rah Rah for Roxy!

Alice talked about her new kitty Roxy in topics below. I meant to post these pictures sooner, but things have been crazy.

All of us who were cat Cats Are Us last Saturday fell in love with this sweetheart. She is cute as a button and so sweet.

Remember, Alice was going to adopt a Humane Society cat named Mittens, a tuxedo cat like Shadow and Catfish. But the foster home decided to keep her. It's all fate though; we all get the cat we are supposed to.

Now Alice, you must give us all a list of your pets. I can't keep track! How's the new dog from Louisville? Nikki, right? Tell us all how everyone is getting along.

Just look at that face! How could she have ever ended up behind bars is a mystery to me... She stole my heart in a big way and if I did not live in GA, she would probably be calling me mommy instead of Alice! I am so glad that she ended up with Alice and the Professor as they will be great parents to that adorable fur baby! She’s so cute you could eat her up with kisses…

Sheba is soaking up some attention as I type. Minnie has taken over the girls sunroom and they are not too happy about it. Cheetah is hiding under the covers in our bed as usual with strange people in the house. They both woke us up at 3 in the morning wanting us to love on them. They were up and down, walking all over us and purring the remainder of the night…. It is going to be a long 9 days!!!!

Those pics of Roxy turned out great, Sandy! They worked their magic before they ever got posted! LOL. SO glad the little thing has a great new home.
If you remember, I told you guys a bout a dog my father had found abandoned, and he had suddenly taken it in and been keeping it in his shop and feeding it, etc.
I got to meet her on Christmas day. She is a precious thing, about Hines size, but a lot huskier. One of her little eyes is gone, and I didn't have a chance to look at it closely enough to see if it had been popped out or if she was born that way. But she was so SWEET, and she ran into my arms just like Hines does. I named her Little Bit, cuz shes just a little bit of nothing. She is SO IN LOVE with my Dad, and he was talking to her and all the stuff that I do that he calls me a nut for. He has her a little card board box with a blanket to sleep in, and she has run of the whole garage. When I gave her a treat, she took it and hid it under the wood pile. He has been taking her hunting, and if she will learn to stay away from the highway, I think she will be with my folks for a long, long, time. I told my father that God had known she was unhappy where she was before, and he brought her to him to be took care of. He accepted that better than he would regular "pet talk" about him and momma needing a dog or it needed a home. But she is so happy, running around under his feet and him talking to her. It was so funny to see him act like that. Everybody say a little prayer for Little Bit, that she won't go near the highway, will stay good and healthy, and she will have a wonderful new life.

Skeeter, The pictures are still in the camera. After I threatened to take the camera away from wifey-pooh because of the pictures that keep coming up on the blog she hid the camera. Wifey-pooh is getting up there in age and she forgot where she hid it. Just like a female. If you want something screwed up, let a woman do it. I guess I will have to go get it.

Well, you see, I found the camera after she hid it and hid it from her. Wifey-pooh is totally convinced she is losing her mind, what little there is, no great loss. It’s a good thing I didn’t marry her for her brains. It was fun though. Pictures will be fort with in a short time.

OK the real reason is the pictures didn’t come out good. If the Boss gives permission for his picture to be on the blog we will send them out.

Also Skeeter, you and wifey-pooh are still friends. Wifey-pooh realizes that I am irresistible, and females can’t keep their tongue off me. God it’s great to have a no brainer like that for a wifey-pooh.

Skeeter,
Just want to know WHERE on Dragon did your tongue end up??? Darn it....I always miss the x-rated parties. its been a bucket of fun at my house. Mother in law left this morning, father in law will be here around 10 tonight. Daisy, PULEEZE keep these folks in PA...I just can't stand much more of them and I am almost out of liquor. Actually I really like my MIL but I will practice what I preach and keep my mouth shut since I can't say anything nice about the FIL. Have a great evening friends, I am sneaking to Mulligans before they close.

O’Malley, what happens at Pet People Parties stays at Pet People Parties. Besides Skeeter was probably too intoxicated to remember. O’Malley I will reserve a special private x-rated party just for you. Let me know what days are good on your calendar. I am at your disposal. And if you need a place to hide from your company, wifey-pooh can sleep in the cat house. But if you prefer her not to, well then it could really be cozy in the waterbed. I will go to liquor store now and stock up. Name your poison.

Yep O'Malley, what happens at parties, stays at Parties!
We are our own Vegas baby! LOL

Dragon, I went to straight coke (drinking type) about 9:30 and was not any where near "intoxicated". I know how to have a good time without heavy drinking when fun people are around me! And Pet People are a fun bunch indeed…. Jeremy was cruising for a bruising after what he did to my butt though. I was trying to get the Saint to drop him off on the roadside (so Jason could deal with him) all the way from Cunningham. But the Saint is a Saint and got him and Brett Safely to Madison Street. Pam, do you remember falling out of the car? I told you to wait until the Saint got to you to help you out but no Miss Independent just had to do it herself then fall… That may have something to do with your pains. Hope you are feeling better now that a week has past….

**Dragon, not sure that “tongue” picture needs to be posted.
This is a Family Blog ya know…..

OOOHHHHHH Alice, your baby Roxy is beautifulllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so ahppy she has a wonderful home with you and the Prof! I could just kiss that little face to pieces and cuddle her for days on end! What a sweetie

Uh Skeeter, girl now why did you go and ask if I remembered falling out of the SUV? now people will think it was becaue I was drunk as a skunk. Of course I remember and still have the skinned knee to remind me. The reason I fell was we were trying to climb from the very back third seat and when my tennis shoe hit the wet slick running board it slid right off. Remember how it had rained all night? Plus I was already in so much pain from the muscle I pulled before we left the house. You're just trying to make things even juicier with some dirt there when there really wasn't any then. All the dirt was at the party and it was a good party, especially the part with your tougne on Dragon, heehee! I think Guineviere laughed the loudest and wasn't the least bit jealous. Heck it gave her a break from mean ole Dragon pawing on her. But as we said, what happens at Pet Vegas stays at Pet Vegas. And if anyone wants to knw what goes on then they have to come to the parties.
I'm telling you ya'all who miss our parties are really missing out. We know how to party and have a good time, right guys?

Skeeter, don’t worry that picture will never appear on the blog. I might not be the brightest fish in the sea, but I do know about pictures and what to show and what not to, unlike wifey-pooh. Skeeter I have a hockey mask and a long knife. I think I would make a good Jason. Wifey-pooh thinks I’m psycho anyway. But don’t get the two movies mixed up. You have me curious now about your butt, Jeremy, and you wanting Jason. Hmmmmmm

Pam, Pam, Pam, Pam, Pam. First of all I hope my sister did not hurt herself too bad falling out of the SUV. I did not receive a phone call that night to rush to the hospital, so I am hoping you are OK. I did feel for you at the party because I could tell you were in pain, or you were putting on a real good pity act. Just kidding. Now Pam, Miss Independent, I hope next time you will listen to Skeeter, and do as she says. All of this falling out of the SUV could have been avoided. Also I am disappointed in you for not letting me know. We are brother and sister, right? Well maybe it will be a good thing that you have to cut back on The Beast.

And Pam, you have just tarnished my reputation. You have just told the world I was paying wifey-pooh some attention at the party. The only time I wanted wifey-pooh was for Guinevere to bring the mean old scaly one a drink. Besides, wifey-pooh was drunker than you thought. She didn’t even remember the tongue incident until she saw the pictures.

To let everyone know, Guinevere is sick. She is lying around with a slight fever, and aches and pains. So anyone who wants to send myself a sympathy card for having to deal with her, you may do so. I need all the encouragement I can get. Somebody help me.

Pam, That picture of Roxy is a good one but still does not show the true color to those beautiful little eyes! She melts your heart just looking at you! Alice, has a little doll...

Okay Pam, the SUV was slick from rain and you slipped... That’s your story and your sticking to it... But Flyboy, the Saint and I know what really happened and so do you. But I will not argue with you on that one as it will remain our little secret! Hee hee...

Oh shoot, I missed the Sandy and Dragon tongue fun. Guess I was getting someone out of the bathroom. You know that tricky door and the smoking mirrors…. You gotta watch out for that Dragon, he will make you do all sorts of fun things at Pet People Parties!

Poor Guinevere, Get better soon, I miss you! Is the Dragon making chicken soup and rubbing your feet! And I don’t mean the kind in a can! Homemade man, homemade is good for the soul….Better take care of all the furry babies also. Scoop those boxes, wipe those butts, brush the fur and keep food and water in those bowls. You better be cleaning the house too. Take down the Christmas tree and pack all the fun stuff away for next year… Get busy man, your woman needs you!!!

Skeeter, the Sandy and Dragon tongue thing was here at our house. It was in one of the photos that Stacey sent, you had to have seen it. If you missed it somehow then she needs to resend it. It was too funny. It was during the mofeling of the Jets thong that she did what she did, don't you remember now?
