Thought I would share another great picture of Tonka since the cat tat was bother people. I just love him!

I was thuroughly embarissed today by Hunter. I took him and Stella for a ride and on the way home stopped at Petsmart for a treat like I always do and Hunter pooped in the store. Have you tried to clean up poop while holding 2 dogs? And the cashier wouldn't help me out either!

Sadly, someone has lost a sweet dog near my neighborhood. He came around tonight limping and holding up what looks like a broken leg. He appears to be a white Boxer or a mix off of Old Ashland City Rd. He's sweet as can be! Let me know if you know where he belongs. I may try to find him in the morning to see if the closest vet knows him!

What do we do in situations like this? He has a collar, but no tags. Shoot me an e-mail and let me know, Sandy.

If you can safely contain/shelter the injured Boxer, call the Humane Society asap and file a Found Dog report. There is someone at the office today (Sat) until 12:30pm.
You can also leave a message, but it won't be picked up until Monday morning. Have the dog scanned at the Vet office for a Micro Chip. Take a picture and e-mail to the HS to put on the Internet. Watch your fingers. Injured animals may be frightened.

Well mom posted Tonka on the 4 paws rescue site. He's staying with one her friend Heather who runs the site. He will be neutered next week and then will be available for adoption. I wish I could take him, but I just don't have the room and mom said he was too much for Indigo to deal with, with her bad hips. So He's looking for his forever home. I'm just sad that it couldn't be with me!
